I am about to fish my first mini boat tourney. Any advice?

Don't know a thing about a mini-boat tournament but good luck.

What kind of tournament is it? You guys have livewells?  Electric only?  5 fish limit type?

It is a regular bass tourney. No outboard motors allowed.  1 day,5 fish limit. We do have a portable live well. Andwe are fishing out of a remodeled aluminum boat with two trolling motors for power. I guess you u can call it a poor mans Tourney.

I have fished Regular tournaments since high school, but am new to this circuit.

What are some of your basic rules for the tournament?  Im thinking of starting a small boat tournament such as the one your speaking of and im wondering what some of the basic rules are.

It is just like a regular tourney. Only no Outborad motors. One day Five fish. you can fish as a single or in a pair. Not positive on all the rules, will post with more details after this weekend.

I have noticed some you guys talk about electric bass boats or high voltage boats.....Is this the same thing as a mini boat?

I fish an electric only lake with a 1448 Lowes semi- v jon but what I would call a mini would be a 4x8 or a 4x10 plastic 2 man boat. This is just my opinion.
