If you're fishing all of those there are some here that can help you on some of the lakes.  LOZ for example. 

Most of the time Home Lake Advantage is a killer. Don't let it go to your head and you will do fine.

I am going to attempt to fish them all.  Very excited to get a shot at LOZ and Kentucky Lake... Will be dreaming about pre fishing them all winter.  ;D

Yeah, I had a BFL regional on my home lake (Smith Mountain Lake) a few years ago.  I would have never thought the pressure would have effected me but it definitely did.  Just avoid fishing history, focus on the current conditions, and fish it like a strange body of water and you will do fine.
