Trying to start up a New Club in NJ

Would anybody in south jersey be interested in starting up a small boat Bass fishing club.

The club memebers would have to fish out of small roof top boats.

The club would fish on week nights so you can still fish weekend clubs. The club would fish small lakes and ponds in south jersey that dont get fished beacause they dont have boat ramps.
