Topwater Bite

I didn't catch any big one's today but boy did I have fun! The topwater bite was on!

I caught 8 or 9 and unfortunately lost 5 or 6 fish which isn't a very good hook-up ratio but who cares,

I had a blast!

Average size fish:

T-rig, nice fish man....

Any day that you get one in the boat is a good day.

Alfred

I don't recognize the bait.

Congrats even 8-9 on the top is alot of fun.

Especially with the average size being that of the first picture. Those are some decent size fish when you catch 8-9 and lost a few more.. Sounds like a great outing in my books!

You are worse then me Avid! ;D

It's a Fish Arrow Flat Jack which I had laying around for over 1 year in one of my boxes and decided to use for the first time about a week ago!

Get yourself one Avid, this thing works! I'm going to buy a couple more of these! Last week I caught one (7.5-8.5 which is huge for around here) with the same bait but had no camera or scales with me.

I allready had stowed away all my tackle in the car but then noticed my swimbait rod in the trunk with that lure tied on and off course had to make that famous last cast!
