What kind of retrieve were you working to sucker in that hog, cause ive been seeing quite a few quality bass being pulled out on jigs on this site, but no one ever tells me how theyre doing it  :(.  I wanna coax the big one of this pond i fish that i know has the elusive 4-5 lber.

ive never gotten  into jigs.

never thrown one.

do they all need deep water cuz where im from water is usually shallow.

my dad throws jigs alot.but that was when he was stationed in virginia.

he came back with a bag (alot) of jig stuff
