A Pretty Good Evening On the Pond - Pics

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

Went to a local pond near my house and did some late evening bassing. I started off throwing a small floating rapala and caught this dink.

After catching this guy, I switched to a small white senko, and I couldn't catch anything. After seeing some movement near my feet (I was bank fishing), I realized there was a medium frog. I popped off my senko and rigged up the frog. I saw a swirl in the water and I caught this guy.

I caught another frog and hooked into a large fish, but it stole the frog and got off.

Of course, all bass were released. The second bass had some slight blood on it's gills, but I washed it off and it was safely released. Overall, it was a fun evening, and I hope to get back soon.

Thanks!
