My first bass on a plastic.

Featured Replies

I have been trying and trying to catch a bass on a t-rig. I went out during lunch today and was throwing a 6 inch zoom lizard in green pumpkin around the drain. Still no luck. I then decided to throw it up againts the bank and drag into the weeds . First cast rolled it into the weeds and bam a boil on the surface. The bass was up under the weeds and hit it as soon as it hit the weeds. He was a dink maybe 12 inches, but I have some confidence that I was doing something right. I didn't have the camera with me, but called my wife to bring it to me and I am going back here in a little bit to try again. Hopefully I can update this with some pics later tonight.

Congrats on your first with soft plastic. Most of my fishing is done from the bank and I depend on soft plastics more than any other type of bait...
