Hey all...

It's Fall in New England (bet all you folks from down South are REAL jealous!!!) The leaves are falling and the air is crisp. I had asked on this forum if it was time to sit by the fire and dream of the spawn. Well I am glad I decided to KEEP FISHING!!!!

60 degrees today on November 14th!!!!!, I grabbed a three pound LMB today on a small pond in the woods, and better yet, Bass Pro Shop opens tonight in Foxboro, MA (Go Pats!!)!!!!!

Thanks to all who told me to keep going (lol) LBH.

My cousin and I hit Curran reservoir in Cranston. I've driven by the place a hundred times, never thought to fish it.

Thats one of my winter ponds too. You can always go there and catch fish. Great little place. Ramp is a little nasty though, had a few bad experiences with that.

This is the only time of year I miss not being up North.

Autumn in New York and New England is great.

Beautifully colored mountains, crisp dry air.

Trout rising to a dry fly.

Yea, we had a beautiful fall this yr.  Tin2win and I got out for a short stint today and although we didn't catch, the views were awesome and we are way past peak foliage.  One of those 60 degree days when it should be 40 degrees.  Awesome.

See, I told you it wasn't over yet! LOL! Last week tin2win and I had to break through the ice to get out and fish.... Fish even if it's frozen!

What'd you catch em on?

My cousin stuck with plastics all day and got blanked.

I mixed it up, Rattls and spinerbaits. The 3lber hit the spinner bait.
