Whoo hoo! its been tooooooo long!

Featured Replies

Tomorrow is going to be in the mid 60s and I'm skip'n school. I've been penned up all cold winter long and I'm just about ready to explode. Its been 4 months since I've smelt the smell of fish on my hands. I swear if I have to sit in school all day tomorrow when its that nice outside I would go BONKERS. So I'm doing my work tonight and going to spend the day on the lake. Tonight I'll be up late cleaning my rods and reels, organizing tackle boxes, sharpening hooks, swapping skirts and stuff of the sort. I'll be up in the morning, make some pancakes, load up my bike then yeeee-haw I'm going fishing!

I went out today after school.  It was 70 degrees, and the first time that I've been fishing since October.

Not one stinking bite. :'(

Good luck on your journey young Jedi.

Best of luck on your adventure.  We are expecting a cold front by end of this week.  Should drop to lower 70's.

Lucky you, my fishing places are still frozen! We have been getting up to the 40's lately, but still in the 20's and teen's at night :'(

wow 40's would be nice. lows in the single digits and highs in the teens lately with wind chills 15-20 below. I think Michigan is becoming the arctic. One more moth then it should break.

Catch some fish for me.
