Well i hit the lake a little late today sun had already set and the skeeters were out in full swarm eating me alive. But i was able to pull 3 nice bass in a matter of 20 minutes. I have pictures and im wondering if you guys could let me know from the picture what you would estimate this bass would weigh. I left my scale at home and was not able to weigh her.

Whatever the weight it was one hell of a fight for a bass of this size.

great job! love getting a few quality fish in a confined amount of time! :)

i'd estimate the first one to be about 4.5lbs and the second one to be about 3.5-4lbs.

Thanks, Also both pictures are of the same bass

Hmm. There's an equation to estimate the weight based on length and girth. I'm rusty on this and its probably wrong so please correct it, but I think its (Length x Girth^2)/800. Using the measurements in inches you'll get a weight in pounds.

There's the Bass Calculator on this site, under TackleBox. But you need the length and width, not sure if he got those. Also the calculator isn't always right, my experience is it's usually 1/2 pound off or so.

I agree but its always hard to tell from a picture.
