Has anyone used Secret Weapon Lures spinnerbait?

Featured Replies

While doing some more study on spinnerbaits last night I came across this company. They had some very usefull info. But what caught me was their design of a spinnerbait. There are no split rings to come undone and you can easily change blades. I would post a link but I don't know how, the address is www.secretweaponlures.com. This spinner just might be worth a buy(go away baitmonkey!). I like the idea of carring less spinnerbaits as this version can be adapted in just about anyway by changing the combination of blades or blade. So you end up with a coulpe of each weight and then just choose your blades. Anyone heard of them or used them? Thanks.

I have some of their spinnerbaits and buzzbaits. The changeable/removeable rear blades is a good idea, but in function they are no better or worse than any other of the same type lures. I rarely even use them anymore.

Yes, I've heard of them and am on a forum where a few people from the company are members, as was the now-deceased founder. I have no need for them, but a good online friend uses them all the time.

The SW spinnerbaits are great products and you're correct in that you can carry a few heads and some blades and make a lot of different blade/head combinations.

I like the idea of slimming down my tackle box and these look like they could be the answer to that, being tunable to the sutuations at hand. Right now I think I have about least 17 spinnerbaits and I would like to knock that down to about 3. I will have to put these on my wish list. Thanks guys.
