i just returned from camping in northern WI ... i have a few pics to share ...

i caught all of these bass on a spro frog ... i went to one of my favorite spring time lakes to find a ton of slop ... this lake does have some big bass 5lb range .... altho i didnt catch any i know they are there ...

these bass where all caught on a lake where we take the kidds swimming ... i always do some grilling while the kids swim ,,, i also do some fishing right off the side of the swimming area ... this lake does have some bigguns in it ,,, but i didnt have a boat so i was stuck fishing the shore line

while cooking lunch i noticed this eagle circling overhead .... it was sweet i never seen an eagle swoop so close to me ,,, later there were 3 eagles all circling the lake ,,, it was a sight to see ...

here are my step kids with the bass they caught ,,, my step daughter is holding the first bass she ever caught she is pumped ... and the boy well he caught fish before ,, he still doesnt want to touch them tho  ::)...

this is my boy he is 5 years old ,,, he managed a small bass ... he is pumped ,,, he caught his 1st bass when he was 3 years old ...

so we had a great time ... all fish were returned to the lakes to see another day ... i cant wait to get back up there ... ;D

Great pix Mike. The one shot looks like a bird is hitching a ride on the back of an eagle. I also got a kick out of the shot of the little boy wading in the lilly pads over your shoulder.
