I have a few of the older trout baits of his. They are very inconsistent and have weak paint. I got really good deals on all of mine (like 10 each) so it wasnt a real big deal. First fish I hooked that was over 10 was on one of those, but I dumped it. Only bite I have ever had on one.

Never tried the Kickers.
