cold night

so me being a senior in high school and a job, its hard to find time to go fishing anymore. about the only times to go is at night. the lake i fish, you need someone who lives in the neighborhood to acompany you. so, a buddy of mine who lives there works where i work. we get off at 12, head to waffle house for a bite to eat, and hit the lake at 1:30 in the morning. its late. its cold(about 45 degrees). im in nothing but a hoodie, and my buddy is all bundled up and is to tired to wet a line. for some reason, he calls me crazy. bank fished a little flat area next to some deeper water on a small little 10 acre lake.  ended up actually catching a little somthing. a small dink, and the dink in the pic. not bad for 2 hrs of fishing. caught em on a baby paca craw t-rigged(first time using the bait to). everyone tells me to use a baitfish type lure this time of year, but i stick with crawfish imitations and do just fine. just wish i got more time. :'(
