Finally got out to try out my new rod... caught 6, nothing huge but I am not complaining... I was pleased since I been home I haven't had much luck... took my next door neighbor out.. it was raining and pretty nasty but it did didn't stop us... LOVE that new rod.. it fishes like a dream!!!

Congrats on going out, especialy since you mentioned that you have't been home (you just get back from a deployment?). Good to hear that you went out despite the wheater, as well as my hats off to you for going out with the neighbor.

 Aw c'mon now Master Sergeant...I still had "the touch" when I was on leave back in Aug/Sept.  It's like ridin a bike!  ;D I finally get outta here in Jan. sometime and can't wait to get back on 'em myself.  Good to see ya gettin out there and I can't wait to see some pics.            -Joe
