It finally happened! After years of not throwing a jig, I broke down a rigged one up. After a few hours and bam!! A monster 1.00 pounder ;D We moved the boat about 50ft and bam a 2.00 pounder! I was on cloud 9. You couldn't touch me with a 6ft6in pole! We did catch a few nice ones on plastics, but the largest was caught on a rattle trap, thrown in a school of shad. 4lbs8ozs.     I to am trying to bet on the first "jig" bus. but always wind up getting off on the 1st stop :)
