STRIPED BASS ARE ONE OF THE FEW FISH THAT I KEEP. (STURGEON, STEELHEAD, TROUT, STRIPED BASS)(I KEEP ALL THESE FISH)

Very nice fish, do they taste like any normal bass or do stripers have a different taste to them?

Striped Bass have a more mellow taste to them. They dont taste fishy at all. They are best fried in corn meal batter, like what you get on the outside of a corndog.
