First nice one from the float tube!

Featured Replies

I know its nothing huge but he fought like a train and this is my first bass from this lake and my first bass from my float tube so I was excited! He was about 20 inches. I caught it on a 10 inch culprit worm in pretty shallow water. Im glad fall is almost here!

Fishing from a tube has always seemed like a lot of fun! CONGRATS ...

Tube fishin is a blast, but take it from me, use ALOT of caution when fishing a crank bait and the little slimey devil charge your tube. :-[

Very nice fish!  Wait until you hook into a 10lb cat from your tube, then we're having a good time!

My tube is now pretty darn well thought out. EVERYTHING is tethered or Velcro'd. Even if I were to roll over, I'd lose nothing but my dignity.

With that kind of line weight, make sure you bring a knife. Sure don't want to get tangled u pin that in a tube.

Lost my dignity so many times that......well.....uuhh :-?. Just say that it doesn't bother me nearly as much as it used to :D...

BTW have you ever noticed that when you get yourself in one of those dignity losing positions, the first thing you do is to look up to see if anyone was watching ;D

Actually, I think I'm so used to it now that, no, I don't! Only reason I might look up for someone is for HELP!! Luckily that doesn't happen much. ;D

Id love to fish some small ponds from a tube, but where i come from you lose limbs doing that. This past spring i saw a gator 12-14 foot at a small, remote rock quarry. When he jumped in the water it sounded like somebody tossed a honda from a plane in there. ;D
