I havnt gone fishing in a while.  My gf and I broke up.  She was my fishing partner every time I went out to the lake.  For some reason I  just cant get myself to get out there.  Any inspiring words would be greatly apprecieted.  Its as if I just dont care to fish any more.

Too many bad memories on the lake without her ? As they say "there are many more fish in the sea or lake in this case."

The same applies to women , get out there and find another one.

You are a young guy, women come and go. Get out there and fish.

Find your stones and man up!

going to the same old spots and fishing the same old ways might bring back some painful memories for now.  try something new - new spot, new technique, new tackle.  above all i'd suggest going fishing by yourself to re-discover the reasons you fell in love with it to begin with.  good luck.

Don't worry. Things will work out and a new gal will come along.

Just know that there will be a day in your life where you go fishing just to get away from women! 8-)
