Getting Better

Featured Replies

Went out to lake #2 of the 3 lakes I fish, it was a beautiful morning.  This trip showed a little improvement from the last, had fun and I was able to pull this monster out. ;D

Glad that your getting better... but seriously... I live in Louisiana too and anyone can tell you that the best thing to do on a cypress lake like that would be to grab a 7-9 inch worm with a 1/4 oz. weight or a 3/8 oz. jig and flip them around those cypress trees. Some days it is slowere than others but that's where the real monsters are. Just a little word of advice... ;)

any catch is a good catch.  congrats to ya and stay at it.  you will be suprised at how much better you will become and how quickly you will do it.

Keep it up...you'll get there.  At least you have some nice water to fish.

That fish is better than being skunked. You'll get better as time goes on.

I've had better (smaller), LOL. I agree fish is a fish
