Featured Replies

Me and my boy went fishing for about an hour or so.  He got his on a rat-l-trap, i got mine on a white spinnerbait.  Good times.

Looks like you had some fun.

Those fish look very representative of their anglers. Yours looks like a real chunk, & your sons looks lean & mean.  ;)

Reminds me of the good times I had with my dad hunting & fishing. Enjoy your time with him, he'll be a young man and out in the world on his own all too soon.

Great pics.

I'll have to check my satellite feed to locate your "formerly" secret spot.   MUHUUHHHAAAHAHAHAHA

Very nice. I love to see the father son trips turn out to be a success. Keep it up.

Thanks guys!!  It's funny, cause I say "secret spot" but it's an apartment complex and I've seen others fishing there.  It's an awesome spot for sure, first fish I caught out of there went 3lbs.  Good luck finding it!!   :P

Congratulations to you both  and healthy fish too...I'd keep it secret too  ;)

Doesn't look good enough to qualify as secret, imo.

Nice fish though

What apt complex?...........not that I would trespass.

It's Clipper Cove on Congress, just north of Woolbright.  There's a pond across the road from the one I fish but it has no fishing signs.  The ponds at Clipper Cove have signs that say no swimming, nothing about no fishing.  If you go there, I hope you have the same luck I've had!

Check it out when my bass season opens for me, now I'm consumed with saltwater.
