Catchin a few nice ones....

Featured Replies

Ok so here is the story behind these two fish. I have been fishing tournaments on Wednesday nights at my local lake and haven't been pulling in the same size fish that I have been catching when I'm prefishing. The Tuesday before the first wednesday evening tournament I took my girlfriend out on the lake to prefish for wednesday and caught one good 5-5 and a half pound fish. Thought I was going to kill em Wednesday but went back out and caught 3 small ones. Here is that fish.34118_408042769790_529179790_4132748_7902906_n.jpg

Ok so the next week I had a completely other plan to go across the lake and get away from the other anglers. I thought I was on fish but dint catch fish where I had cought them that Saturday before. So I went back across the lake and caught a few fish where I caught the first big one but no where near the same size. I finished out better in this tournament but still needed 9 Lbs with three fish to even place. Four places were paid. I had 5 lbs. So I went out the next day with my buddy looking for a rod he had lost the day before and caught this one about 4- 4and a half lbs. in a completely different location but I'm not sure what to do in the next tournament this coming up wednesday. Any Suggestions????

Anyway I caught this fish but the picture that my buddy took of me turned out horrible ( the sunlight was too bright) he had to get a picture with the fish though and it turned out good so here she is.

Again I need suggestions. Any help would be appreciated.

That's a fine one there BFM and you might just slow down a bit and have some fun when you're fishin' the tourneys...Obviously you do just fine when the pressures off, so try to reproduce that pattern for yourself first and the rest should all fall into place  ;)
