  2. in the south you may hear them called mudfish. several years ago there used to be televised tournaments for them in alabama. yes, they are a great fight, but i'll guarantee they can tear up some spinnerbaits/buzzbaits and jigs. definately don't lip one

  4. I have also heard this many times. Personally, have caught multiple fish after releasing, even around schooling fish. so I guess I am am saying, "you couldn't prove it by me"
  5. especially when it's hot, look for any type of run in and moving water, also changes of water clarity or a change in vegetation
