Me and PowerBass are goin fishing together tomorrow at my pond. The pond is pretty clear with an island in the middle(cant get on the island). One side of the pond had moss 8 feet off the shore line. The island has fallen down trees all around it. The water temp is pretty warm and there is a chance of rain tomorrow. Any tips before our fishin' trip? Thanks

Small buzzbaits around the wood in the morning or all day if it's rains. You also might want to try a dropp-shot. I don't get a chance to fish smaller ponds often but when I do I always catch a few on that rig.

i would throw a watermelon colored zoom lizard near the edge of the moss

not sure if you are takin out a boat but if you have a small john boat i would use that. i would also try pitching jigs and texas rigged tubes around the fallen timber. try weightless rigged plastic worms in the pockets in the moss

No we are shore fishing. It is my Neibors pond. You cant really get to the fallen timber grom the shore with sux bc thats were all the biggens are!

i fish alot of ponds, the bait that always works for me is a 5'' kanami from gary yamamoto. this is a salt impregnated bait that with a 7' rod, and 8 pound test will cast a mile. try the chartreuse and white combo with a 3/0 hook.

i use kinami 5 inch flash in a red black color on a 6 ft mh pole with 8 lb test. Funny how great minds think ;D

Good luck today guys hope you both catch a hog!! I would start with some topwater action then go to soft plastics rigged weightless. Small hair jig could be deadly also. Have fun

we went out this morning and caught 3 on buzzbaits and when went out this afternoon and got one on a Kinami flash 5" red and black. For the 2 dy total of 17 bass. NJBASSDEVIL:5    PowerBass:10 This other guy:2
