Small Soft Plastic Bait Company
Anyone know of any good soft plastic bait companies? I am looking for a smaller company to start purchasing my soft plastics from. I prefer to do this because these baits are different than most fisherman use and I seem to catch more fish with baits from these type of companies. Let me know what companies you like, website addresses would be great.

Sponser ???
Just make sure you show off your stylish hair do!! So all the competitors will want to go get their hair done at your Mom's salon!

How do they do it and why?
Hey a guys gotta do what a guys gotta do!! Shop around and you can find a good deal. If you can wait until early January and buy a new boat. You can get a brand new boat warranty and all at a huge discount! Because the 2006 models will be coming out and they need to loose the inventory to make room, it is also the slow season for most boat dealerships.

Me and PowerBass
Good luck today guys hope you both catch a hog!! I would start with some topwater action then go to soft plastics rigged weightless. Small hair jig could be deadly also. Have fun

Clunn vs Martin-no contest
OK I am going to keep this short and sweet. Rick Clunn sticks with his sponcers and will only reperesent products he feels works. Roland Martin changes sponcers every year!! And I think we all remeber the Helicopter lure. Rick's4 Bassmaster Classic victories and one Angler Of The Year title along with making the classic twenty - eight times consecutive far out weighs Roland's nine Angler of the Year titles. Especially because he had so much help in the early days, before B.A.S.S. changed the rules. They changed them because of Roland. They might not admit it but it's true! NUFF SAID RICK GETS MY VOTE HANDS DOWN!!!

Three Little Words
Those rubber nets are fine until you have a hook puncture all the way through the rubber. Then you either have to cut the barb off the hook to get it out. I prefer coated nets. Like the bassmaster series.

tug tug set the hook lol
HOOK SET: Ok now think of it this way lets say you have your car stuck in a mud hole out in a swamp. I come out to pull you out. I hook the chain up to you and take all the slack out of the chain then try and pull you out. What happens? I get stuck too because my tires started spinning. Now lets say I leave just a touch of slack in the chain and yank your car. What happens? I just jerked your car out of the mud hole. Make sense? Leave just a "little" slack in your line. Then set the hook as soon as you detect the strike. This will "just like the car" jerk the hook through the jaw of the bass. Finally leave the hook just skinned in the worm.

BOAT WINDSHEILD
Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get a windsheild for my old boat. It is a 1983 Bass Tracker III. I would like it to be an original model, but will accept a after market. I seen Cabela's has some but that is the only place I've found that carries any windseilds at all. I checked at the local dealership but they want over $160.00 to order me one. Any help would be appreciated as always! Thanks and tight lines, Fatdaddy151

a 3/0 hook in my wives cheek....
I had this exact thing happen to me when I was eight years old. I was fishing with my dad, I went to the front of the boat to get a soda out of the cooler then POW. Felt like someone had just smacked me in the back. A 1/2 oz Rat-L-Trap nicely placed in the middle of my back. Those treble hooks went in deep! So I too had a trip to the emergency room. So I feel for your wife, but things like this help us to remember to be careful. Did she get a tetnus shot? That was the worst part about my visit.

Help me decide on my first fishfinder
The Eagle fishmark 320 is a great finder. Has temp and is speed compatiable. It also has a large screen which makes it easier to see. I have two of them and I love them. I purchased mine from Bass Pro Shops. I paid $100.00 for each.

You know what would be real COOOOLL
That would be one huge fishing tournament. With over 1600 members. Thats 800 boats on the water if we paired up. With an entry fee of $50.00 a person the total payout would be over $80,000.00 my guess is winner would take home over $40,000.00 Could you imagine fishing a tournament with 1600 entries. Talk about some pressured fish!!!

first club tourney
Really it all depends on your partner. I know many guys say that you can bring up to four rods. And two tackle boxes. If the boater has a small boat he may ask that you bring less, A boater with a big boat may say bring more. Ask the boater you are going to fish with and get the details from that person. In my eyes you should try and keep things to a minimum "I know that is hard for us bassers".
