Thanks everyone.  I'm usually not a big forum user, I would have one of the guys on the team post if there was somthing I need to know, but I guess I'm becoming a pain.  I read some of the posts Russ put up and decided that I needed to get in here.  Russ was telling me it's not your avg forum where you deal with the "i'm better than you" syndrome, so here I am.
