is there any good companies online that i can purchase fly fishin lures for bass online?  and is there anybody that makes great custom fly lures out there?

Cabelas used to put out a fly fishing catalog that had a bunch of bass flies in it. So, I believe that they also sell them through the internet.

I have been known to make a fly or two over the years.  I don't do it much, cause I don't get to fly fish that much anymore.

Umpqua out of oregon has killer fly patters, and tons of them.  i really like the crawfish pattern, bass pro carries them.  they have some really nice popper and bug patterns.  thry a re pretty durable( as much as flies can be).  good luck.

when i was in west virginia a year or two ago, i went to a local fly shop called murrays fly shop.  this guy hand makes these babies and there sweet.  look them up on google.  my favorite in the north carolina blue popping bug
