That's it. That's all. Relax.

While it does not apply to fishing, I had a tragic event happen this week and that is all my stepfather kept saying. "Relax." "Calm down." "Take it easy."

It may sound stupid but it goes a long way.

Can't figure out that baitcaster? Calm down, relax and then try again. You'll get it. ;)

Everyone catches fish on Senko's and you don't? Calm down and relax. You'll get it. ;)

Etc... It applies to everything in life.

Relax. :D
