Featured Replies

Hey fellas for those of us up North the season is here again. Put the boat in the lake been out a coupla times with my best friend and fishing partner and I just have to say Im glad to be around for another season  The critters are out the trees are blooming and while its still cool the sun feels good Gotta a couuple of newbees lined up One has never fished before and hes 43,gonna see what hes been missing ::)

Anyway Im grateful to God for giving me the resources to go fishin and for his beautiful creation to enjoy.I wish all of you guys a safe and joyful season and dont forget to take someone new out and pass it along 8-)

Bass fishing be it fresh or saltwater definitely adds to my quality of life. I wouldn't want to even think of how much fun I would have missed if bass were not part of my life. Researching, planning, studying maps, weather, fishing reports, tackle specs and trying to put them all together are as much fun to me as the time on the water because if you do the work first you have more fun latter.

You are so right about thanking God for all we have. We are blessed to live in the greatest country with the highest standard of living which allows us to enjoy our sport!

Bass fishing ,for me,is a way of life.I totally agree with what you said.Of course,I love fishing for bass, but I enjoy all the other things that come along with it:this forum, working on my boat and tackle, gameplanning each fishing trip, recording in detail how everything went, learning new and exciting techniques, and just being there amazed at God's beautiful creation.

I am glad to hear you're back out there too. I can't not fish for more than 2 weeks. lol

Couldn't have said it any better muddy man, it's things like this that make the sport all the better.
