Cabelas change?

Featured Replies

I got my new Cabelas master catalog and was disappointed because there was only 2 pages of lures. It looked like the whole catalog was clothing, hunting and camping gear. Have they changed their focus or inventory?  :'(

i two got that catalog and was disapointed but i do believe there is a master fishing catalog that is all fishing like bps does

Don't worry , they'll send you a few fishing only catalogs.

i get their catalogs too, but there seems to be more stuff on their website

Buy some stuff from the website and I'll guarantee that you will get catalogs to match!   ;D

You can also order catalogs of your choice.  They make pretty good reading this time of year.

I agree with mferris, the Cabela's web site has considerably more than their catalogs would lead you to believe. For years, their catalog selection has paled in comparison to BPS. The web site probably does too, but the gap gets narrowed.

First i got the Spring catalog, which was fishing impaired :o Then I recieved the Master Fishing catalog  and it was loaded with alll kinds of lues.

Yea just wait till the others come. I got a Tackle Craft only catalog and the only thing I bought like that was some Pro Tec paint. I get a Fly Fishing only catalog and I think the only Fly Fishing thing I bought was some clippers. The Fishing Master Catalog and the Marine Catalog are the only ones I really need.

The other ones are good to look through. I occasionally find a tool or something that I can use that don't come in the fishing or boat catalogs.
