Your Worst Fishing Injury

Only hooks in the fingers for me. (Few trips to ER to get removed) I saw a guy last year fishing and he asked me if I could help him out. I pulled the boat over to his boat and he pointed down at his foot. This guy had a 5/0 EWG Hook through his achilles tendon. :o My God I almost passed out. Made me sick to my stomach. :-[ The funny thing was he wasn't pointing to his foot, he was pointing at the water that was coming in his boat. He was in a pond hopper and it was sinking. After he got on board and we tied his boat up I asked about the hook in his tendon and he said he done that first thing this morning. He said he didn't want to ruin his day of fishing and would pull it out when he got home. :o Talk about one tough S.O.B.
