I wasnt saying I thought you had called me out, but in Iowa its a little far fetched, regardless of the truth.  There are those honey holes though that make it all worth while.  My problem with this pond is after 40 or so fish over 4 lbs, there have been 3 between 2-3 lbs, which makes me think a few years from now I will be finding somewhere else to fish.  Oh well the circle of life.

Don't worry man,  I did not take it that way at all.  I always thought the mid-west had larger than normal size bass.  Is this not the case?
