Varies by latitude (growing season), the specific water body, and year to year. In my waters in Northern Colorado I'm coming up with about an 1-1/2" per year for fish over 10inches. Takes a good 8 years to grow an 18 inch bass here.

Talk to your Fisheries Biologist. He/she can probably give you a range of numbers to go by.

About 1 inch.  Ive heard every 10 bluegill will make a bass grow 1 inch.  Florida strain largemouth can grow 2 inches a year.
