How did you find Bass Resource?

Featured Replies

Just wondering how everyone here found this awesome site. Did a friend refer you, find it on a search engine, etc?

For me, I was looking for help in turing a jon boat into a bass rig. I did a few searches on google and yahoo and bassresource.com kept coming up in my results (as if anyone here customizes jon boats ::) ). I liked what this site had to offer, so I stuck around. That was a few years ago.

How about the rest of you?

L to the B, to the H.

Wanted to learn more about bass fishin'.Typed bass fishing tips in a search engine and Voila! Now when I'm not working or fishing I'm on here reading.

I told trfylshufle (jay) to start readin up on bass fishing last year when he first started bass fishing seriously with me.  Then next trip he is asking me questions i had no idea how to answer and some of them i had no idea what he was talking about.  Next thing you know im on here reading and posting.

I was ticked because my winter fishing skills were limited so I kept searching and found this site and liked it then joined.

My cousin Cigarlover showed it to me.  It has been great place to learn and get a few questions answered.

I googled the phrase "winter bass fishing" back in late fall when it started getting cooler.

That took me to the articles here where I read everything I could find about winter bass fishing.

This past winter was the most productive time for me, better than the spring and fall.  I caught more fish over 6 pounds than I have in any previous season throughout the year.

I can't wait till next winter!

I was Googling for porn sites and absolutely typed a "B" in front of the word I was looking for.

LOL Mike! As for me, after 3+ years on FloridaSportsman someone had a slip of the tongue mentioning this place and I was lucky enough to see it mentioned before the Mods poofed it.  :P

I was looking for reviews on a reel and this site popped up. I am very glad that it did. Awesome site BUT I SPEND WWAAAYYYY TOO MUCH TIME HERE!

Some guys over at BPS Forums were discussing it, and I said what the heck, and registered here. LOL, now I hardly spend any time there, and most of it here. ;D
