I am terrible at catching bass during the rain and I need to learn what I must do to make fish bite during the rain. So what depth and presentation do you normally find effective while fishing in the rain.

Dont fish in the rain then. Or go right before a storm.

The fish are already wet, so they don't really care that it's raining. Generally, they're up shallow and with the slight chop on the water you can fish closer to them. I always like spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, and crankbaits.
