I would first check your dnr website, mine has a couple maps for most lakes. If not that you could try using google earth, you would be surprized at what you can see, it won't give you the depth everywhere but can sometime help pick out good structure you wouldn't have seen otherwise. X2 google earth has shown me a bunch of ponds/lakes i have yet to try

Bass Resource allows you to look at any map of any lake you want. Shows structure and if you really want you can buy them.

The Navionics Explorer that fishfordollars mentioned also allows you split your screen and view Google earth and Hot Maps countour maps concurrently. Product looks good and for $20 I ordered a copy.

Oops, just went back and looked at their list of 10,000 included lakes and none for Oregon!
