Joining this forum was the best! When I learned I had serious health issues I bought a boat. I wasn't sure about the decision, This pic proves that I did.

That is way cool.  Keep him fishing.

One of the joys of fishing is taking youngsters with us and showing them how much fun it can be.

I am taking two little heathens (ages 10 and 7) to a private lake this afernoon.  I will work with them and probably not wet a line.

The happy smiles on their faces when they catch a fish, any fish, is worth the price of admission!  :)

Hey Guys,

This is the only way I can get him to stay still! He has nowhere to go.

He would fish everyday if he could and maybe someday he'll even lose his special gift of tanglin' every rod in the boat!

It doesn't get any better than that.

X2!

P.S. Hope the wind at MG wasn't too rough on you!

Yeah, that's how the tournaments usually go there as well. Before the start, everything's good! Then, it seems, within the first hour the winds goes nuts! While we're waiting for the weigh-ins, someone usually comments "hey, the wind has stopped".  :-?   Only at MG! LOL

Good for you man.  Kids need to get outdoors and experience these things. Awesome man
