Just wondering what the diffrence and applications are for regular football shakey heads and spot removers. I have both so I guess I need to know to properly utilize them. Thx in advance.

I am pretty sure the football head style are used for fishing rocks.

football heads are definitely for rocks. the wider they are the less they get caught in crevices. spot removers are for anywhere you need a bait to stand up i.e...shaky, beds, sight fishing, etc... they can both be used for different tasks but that is the main purpose.
