Wacky is great for a Senko.

If you want to use the Senko for a long time, go to Wendy's or Hardee's and get their LARGE STRAWS and cut them into 1/4 inch sections and slide the worm through them.

Then, slide your hook between the plastic straw and the worm.

Or, get some 3/8-inch electric shrink tape and do the same. But you will have to heat the tape to get it to shrink onto the Senko.

Fish your Senkos wacky style and watch your line.

Have fun.

when you first told me about the shrink tube trick, i went out and tried it, and instead of slipping the hook underneath the tube so its inbetween the worm and tube, i just punched the hook right through the tube and the worm, like wacky rigging as normal.

this really locked the worm on the hook and lasted longer than putting the hook between the worm and tubing.

I think that both presentations have their place. I probably fish it texas rig more because I throw it around thick weeds.

The wacky can be fished around these areas also, but is not near as weedless.

You can catch a ton of fish on either set up. Try both and let the fish tell you what they want that day.

Use a "weedless" hook for fishing the Wacky Worm rig.

You can throw it anywhere.
