help with cold front...

Featured Replies

i am going out tomorrow for the first time in over a month. it has been up in the 80's this week but last night a front moved in and cooled it down into the 30's over night and only into upper 50's during the day. the prediction for tomorrow is basically the same as today, upper 50's, windy, and clear bright skies. i did do a little searching on here and found that most recommended going deep and/or tight to cover. i will be fishing from shore on a 72 acre lake here in texas. any pointers on what baits to try and such will be much appreciated. if my buddy beats me, i have to buy lunch, so help me out please!!

thanks

Cliff

My best guess is that chilled immediate shallows (surface) won't be a draw, so you can ignore those. Don't get psyched out by the temperatures. The brilliant sun would be the biggest issue to deal with for me.
