How do I change my password/email/personal quote/ etc?

Click "User CP" at the top of the screen. There, you will see everything about you - password, personal quote, email, etc. - all of which you can change/alter. Just make the changes and click "Change Profile" at the bottom of the page to save your changes. More detailed information can be found in the "Help" section.

After clicking User CP, a new page opens.  Click on profile, then options.  You'll have to enter your password.  After that, you should be able to make any changes.
