swimming a jig

Featured Replies

You can really swim any jig, but does anyone prefer a non-swim specific head? Rattles or no rattle? How about trailers? A single tail grub seems to be the traditional way to go, but I know folks swim craws too. What about Beavers or Creatures?

Anyone willing to share a unique swimming combo that may be a surprise pairing?

in the fall of last year I was swimming a small Booyah finesse jig with a yum chunk,  I caught a few and because of that success I got a few "real" swim jigs during the winter.

I use a 4" soft swimbait body, makes the jig "swim" through the water
