Never read it but I can't imagine the entire book is dedicated to ONLY tourney tactics and strategy.  I bet there's lots of stuff in there about the same ole " lures, techniques, seasonal movements, etc"

Just a guess. 

Let me know if you read it and what you thought please.

    I had another book in that same series and I wasnt impressed. But this one could be alot better who knows.
