Fishing a tourney here in Oct. I would think 8-10' flats close by deep water and shallow coves.

Tell us more about the lake, water clarity, standing timber, weeds, etc.

This time of year I'd drag a carolina rig up and down every point in that lake till I found fish.

I can't tell where the inlet would be, but if water comes in on the left arm (versus the right arm), then I would begin there.

For example: If there is a creek or some other inlet coming in on the left side, I would fish the transitions around #22. Shallow water that drops to deep water, especially in October can be quite rewarding.

If not, keep going until you find a few fish and note that pattern!

Here is a better map it looks like they have two creeks that dump into this lake. May be a good place to start.

Main lake points-18' to 22' of water, t-rigged 10" Power Worms in Watermelon Pearl or Motor Oil. Get the worm in some cover and hung up some then just shake it for maybe 10 sec. then let it fall to the bottom-Repeat. Sometimes on dark days it pays to put in a rattle or blue glass bead.......Mike 8-)

I am with a few others, and would stick to points most of the time, maybe shallow in the morning, well into mid morning.
