i have some 3.5 inch luck e strike swimbaits i am wanting to try and was wondering how i should rig them up.  i fish a deep highland reservoir

   Get a keel weighted swimbait hook first and take the point of the hook and poke a hole a from the very tip of the bait and go to the bottom of the swimbait head.  After you do that, take the part of the hook were you tie the the knot and put in at the bottom of the swimbait head were you poked the whole at.  Then you take the rest of the hook and rig it like a regular Texas rigged worm.

    You could always do it the other way but if you do it the other way you will tear up your whole swimbait and those things are not cheap!

Try throwing it on a chatterbait head.
