I cannot vote either + or - on topics. I have not exceeded my quota since I have not been able to vote for 2 days. Anyone else having problem?

If I clicked the + or - sign on a post I was getting a window that would pop up and say I have exceeded my limit for the day or something like that. I had only plussed a few post and that was Wednesday evening. I remember reading somewhere that we had 50+'s and 2-'S per day. I re-started my laptop and browser with no change. I went to dinner and now it seems to be working. If it does it again I will get a screen shot. Could be something I'm doing. I am still stumbling around the new set up but I like it.
