I was going through some of my older takle yesterday and I have alot of gycb hula grubs that I forgot about, my ? is if I cut the tail off they look just like a ika, but do they have the same action? if so I am thinking about modifying about half of them. any thoughts? thanks in advance.

I have cut the tails off a used a GYCB Hula grub and fished them like an Ika.  They are smaller than a Fat Ika, but a little bigger than a regular Ika.  They caught some fish, but not like the Fat Ika does.
