About two weeks ago I was fishing with my new Balsa "B". I noticed the paint on the back was peeling off. I E-mailed Bomber and they said to mail it back, and they would replace it.

The UPS man just dropped off a box with TWO new Balsa "B"s, and an apology note.

Just thought I would let everybody know there still are companies that know how to take care of their customers.

It good to heat that, Kinami baits basically told me oh well. i bought a rattler from them(lipless crank) paint started peeling around where the gills would be after about 5 casts. after the paint peeled it still caught fish though.

Great to hear about companies doing stuff like this, a few years ago when Terminator Spinnerbaits came out I had the finish flake of the head of a bait in about 10 minutes of fishing I wrote them a letter asking them about it and they sent me 6 brand new spinnerbaits great company.
