OK, so I put in the update for my HDS 5 and its basically taken all of the menu items and screwed them up. I can't read anything, everything looks weird. I'm very unhappy. I have a tourney tomorrow. Any help?

    Hope I don't have the same problem. I just got done updating my two. I am too tired to go out there and check it out. Guess I will find out tomorrow on the water.

    Unusual for sure, as I've updated a good many units without a single glitch. First, just try reinstalling update. If there are still problems, I would delete the current update files, download again from the Lowrance site, then reinstall.
