Last Saturday went out to my favorite RES. What a first day!!! First I caught a 2-1/2lb small mouth on a crawdad crank in the rocky area of the res, fished for a while and decided to move to some flooded brush area, first cast with YUM brushhog black I casted as close to the flooded brush as I could before it hit the bottom BANG!!! 3lb largemouth.. and I lost two largemouth earlier in the day. But they are out and very aggresive!! Man I love fishing!!!

thanx . Since I started using bigger baits I have been catching bigger bass but fewer, OBVIOUSLY. Hopefully I can beat my PB of 6lbs caught on a basspro rubber frog.Get out there and keep with it the bass seem really aggresive right now.
